Ottawa condo prices and Ottawa house prices are breaking records.
Interestingly, the same number of homes are changing hands this year as previous years.
The Ottawa Real Estate Board doesn't publish the number of homes currently for sale but given the price acceleration we have to assume a shortage of supply or an influx of foreign capital.
